Registration Fee $40 per team.
Download the Team Sheets and bring the completed sheet to the competition.
Rules 4+4 at 560kg
8 pullers per team

Team must be made up of 4 male and 4 female pullers.

The combined weight of all 8 pullers can not exceed 560kg

Length of a pull is 4 meters
Tug of War
The Rules of the Tug of War International Federation will apply

No sitting
-
no hand over hand climbing of the rope
-
no locking
-
both hands must grip the rope at all times
Footwear: Running Shoes
a flat soled shoe is best for optimum traction

Members of the Canadian Tug of War Association will be on hand to help with coaching / instructing of the teams.

Competition will be pulled on a Tug of War International Federation (TWIF) approved competition mat.

Ropes are TWIF approved.
